About the job :

The role needs to have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting the sales team up for success

Responsibilities :

– Represent our company’s products and services

– Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential prospects

– Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects

– Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook

Daily Activities :

– Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

– Utilize Sales Navigator, cold calling, lead411, and email to generate new sales opportunities

– Conduct deep research on the leads to understand various facets (e.g. key stakeholders, revenue, business divisions, plans, about the lead which can be shared with the internal team

– Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services

– Rate and evaluate the prospect, to qualify leads as sales opportunities, and schedule a demo with the prospect

– Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects

– Follow up with the prospect and maintain cadence

– Report with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Qualifications :

– Bachelor’s degree or at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience

– 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets

– Strong communication skills via phone and email

– Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

– Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
